There comes a moment when survival strategies are no longer enough.

This course invites you into a living, relational process—one that honors both the tenderness of our early wounding and the profound intelligence of the psyche’s drive toward wholeness.

Rooted in depth psychology, attachment theory, myth, and embodied practice, this is not a course about fixing yourself, but about remembering who you are beneath survival.

What This Course Is About

Much of our inner life is organized around protection rather than choice. Early attachment experiences, developmental ruptures, and unprocessed grief shape patterns that quietly govern our relationships, emotions, and sense of self.

This course explores how those patterns formed—and more importantly, how they can be met, understood, and transformed.

Through psychological insight, symbolic meaning-making, nervous system regulation, and creative exploration, we will gently disrupt the old inner order and cultivate an inner revolution—one grounded in awareness, responsibility, and compassion rather than reactivity or bypassing.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

This course is experiential and embodied. You will not only learn concepts, but feel them, explore them, and integrate them through lived experience.

You will engage in:

  • Embodied awareness to track sensation, emotion, and nervous system states

  • Nervous system regulation using polyvagal-informed tools, mindfulness, movement, and grounding

  • Creative and symbolic exploration through myth, image, and metaphor as pathways to meaning

  • Psychological insight without bypassing, honoring pain, grief, and complexity rather than transcending them prematurely

  • Relational and group safety, learning to be present with yourself and others

There are yellow pillows on the couch, a yellow patterned mug, notebooks, and a smartphone nearby. The background features a wooden staircase and kitchen.

Who This Course Is For

This course is for those who:

  • Feel stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns

  • Are curious about the deeper roots of anxiety, grief, or inner conflict

  • Want psychological depth without spiritual bypassing

  • Are drawn to myth, symbolism, creativity, and embodied practice

  • Are ready to cultivate inner safety, self-trust, and conscious choice

Inner Revolution is not about becoming someone new—it is about reclaiming what has always been waiting to be met, held, and integrated.
